PROF: Why did you make this choice rather than that one?

STUDENT: Why wouldn’t I?

PROF: Yes, answering a question with a question. Very good.
However, seeing as how my authority exceeds yours, I will force you to
answer my question.

STUDENT: Quite frankly, I have no idea.

CRIT: Lets make these presentations short, I dont want you making this as long as the Gettysburg address.

STUDENT: The Gettysburg address is pretty short actually.

OTHER CRIT: You’re a smartass, aren’t you?

"Why did u draw this part?"

A lecturer said to his student after he told her to draw it 2 days ago.

"This isn’t Talk-itecture, it’s Architecture… show me a damn building."

CRIT: I think it would be helpful to blow up this section…

STUDENT: What, like, make it a larger scale with more detail?

CRIT: No. I mean, literally, put a stick of dynamite on this drawing and light the fuse…

"That window looks like death…. your building just makes me want to commit suicide."

Refering to the model:

"Is it your birthday? Congratulations​! How nice you brought a cake!"

"Do you have a quarter? ‘Cause you’re gonna go call your mom and tell her you’re not going to be an architect."

"Either you totally missed the point of this project or you have no talent."

Yes, I’m getting kicks out of the worst things said during crit
sessions around the world. Because I have a weird sense of humour. And
because I’m preparing myself for the worst. Just in case.

p/s: to kuhaz,i luvvv ur weird sense of humour!! =) i’ll pray for us..all
